Sweet Palm was created to shake up and revolutionize the coffee industry. We were tired of boring, corporate coffee with no soul, no taste, and no love. You know the type—burnt espresso, microwaved pastries, and surly service that makes you wish you stayed home. Coffee has been stuck in the baby boomer era for way too long. This isn’t your parents’ coffee. This is next-level. This is the most flavorful, creative, and downright delicious coffee you’ve ever had—crafted with passion and purpose.

We started Sweet Palm with a simple mission: to bring amazing coffee, fresh pastries baked daily, and real food made from scratch in-house—not reheated corporate airplane food. No sad, soggy egg sandwiches that make you question your life choices. We’re here to brighten your day with good vibes, good people, and seriously good coffee.

Sweet Palm is led by Jonathan Roth, a trained chef and hospitality professional who attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and holds a certificate in hospitality management from the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. Jonathan’s career spans Michelin-star restaurants, five-star hotels, and top-tier food concepts across Europe and the U.S. From fine dining to fast casual, he’s seen it all—and he’s bringing that same passion and precision to Sweet Palm.

Our mission is simple but bold: to create the best coffee shop in America. We don’t just serve coffee, we serve an experience. The food alone could stand as a top restaurant. The coffee could hold its own against any roaster. But together? It’s something revolutionary, a blend of world-class flavor, creativity, and hospitality that changes what people expect from a coffee shop.

He runs the business together with his wife and business partner, Aylin Roth, who holds a degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Bishkek in the Kyrgyz Republic. With a background in New York’s fashion and beauty industry, Aylin brings a keen business acumen and refined aesthetic sensibility to Sweet Palm. She ensures that every detail, from presentation service, delights customers daily while maintaining the best possible value. Her focus is simple: offering the highest-quality food, coffee, and atmosphere at a price that makes sense for today’s customers.
